Door Issues On A New Construction Home?

Must be a new technique on this new construction.. 🤦‍♂️


A door should have three hinges to better distribute the weight of the door, preventing sagging, and providing greater stability, especially on heavier doors or exterior doors where added security is desired; essentially, more hinges means more points of contact to support the door's weight and resist stress from opening and closing.
