Inspector Certifications

Trained and Experienced

I hold dual certification as I have been certified by both ICA and InterNACHI®—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification. I am also an ICA-certified, Certified Inspection Certification Associates, and a Duel-certified home inspector.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.

In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

About Your Home Inspector

As an Arkansas native Cid Herlein and his wife, Babe, have absolutely loved the natural state and its residents.

Growing up in the small town of Hardy, Cid found a passion for the trades by working numerous roofing, plumbing, landscaping, and other construction projects. Cid has been in the trades for many years. While working in the field he also attended Arkansas State University and received his Animal Science Pre-Vet Degree. After graduation the Herleins moved to Northwest Arkansas where they have found their true home. Cid has worked in and managed an animal hospital in Northwest Arkansas for numerous years. While managing he found his true calling in life was helping others.

After adding two amazing additions to the Herlein family, they wanted to find a way to help more families in our community while being a 'jack of all trades'. After becoming an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® CPI, graduating from Inspection Certification Associates, ICA, and obtaining a license with the State of Arkansas, Cid is now able to use his love for the trades and combine it with his passion to help others. With the desire to help others have a better life, the Herleins decided to offer a complimentary lifetime consultation with their inspections. "We have been in your shoes when it comes to an issue with our home and the only person to talk to is the individual sales person, you will not be alone moving forward. We will always be apart of your team."

With continued education, amazing mentoring in the field, and the passion to help others we have and will continue to go above and beyond for our clients. Buying a home is one of the largest investments we will ever make and we want to make sure your family has a happy healthy home.
