Water in the crawl space is a widespread problem for your home.


It may be caused by a storm, plumbing leak, poor ventilation, or drainage issue. But whether it’s the first time you’ve noticed water or a recurring problem, you should never ignore a water leak in the crawl space.


Water can erode a home’s foundation, rot the wooden structural beams and joists, and create mold and mildew issues that impact the air quality throughout the house.
