Multiple confirmations that home is 100% ready to move in and does not need inspection.


Here is a picture right after opening the front door.


No weather stripping. šŸ‘Ž

Door was installed wrong way, corrected, but did not repair where door stop was. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

Grading and landscaping incomplete. ā˜¹ļø


Way more was incomplete (no power to HVAC or thermostat, no hot water, no flooring in bedrooms, and more) but wanted to share the initial impression..


Come on.. we can do better! This is not move in ready no matter what kind of warranty is offered..
