Should I have a reinspection done after repairs?

Reinspection of a new construction home and checklist items are still not complete. Here is an example of two roofing items that were not corrected.

Reinspections are useful to ensure repairs that you cannot see or unsure about are completed. It also allows for proper documentation of the items.
