You won't believe where they hid the water heater in this 5,000 sq ft luxury home... 🫣

Welcome to another episode of "What were the builders thinking?" Today we’re inspecting a massive estate, but the crawl space layout tells a completely different story.
Deep in the center of this incredibly tight, low-clearance crawl space sits a tiny, undersized water heater. Not only is it vastly too small for a house of this size, but look at the accessibility! If this tank ever leaks or needs a standard replacement, a plumber is going to have to practically teleport it out of here. There is zero clearance and zero functional access.
This is exactly why you don't skip the home inspection process, even on brand new or high-end luxury real estate. Builders make mistakes, and a certified home inspector is your last line of defense before you sign on the dotted line.
