I’m at a brand-new construction today, and the thermal imaging doesn't lie. We’re seeing a 20-30 degree differential between supply vents. In a new build, this usually points to unbalanced ductwork, restricted airflow, or even disconnected runs behind the drywall.
Don't settle for "hot and cold spots" as just a quirk of the house. Get it inspected before you close!
