Loose Anchor Bolts?!

Anchor bolts should be tight to ensure proper load transfer and prevent movement between the structural member and the concrete foundation by firmly clamping them together, distributing the load evenly across all the bolts and minimizing the risk of failure due to loosening or shifting under stress so following the specified torque is crucial.
