🚨 Rogers Homeowners: When Was the Last Time You Checked Your HVAC Filters? 🚨

I just finished a mold inspection on a beautiful home here in Rogers, AR, and I have to share this important warning.

The photo below shows one of three HVAC filters in the house. As you can see, they are beyond dirty and partially clogged.

What does this mean for your home?

1️⃣ Clogged filters can’t do their job. This allowed significant debris, dust, and potential mold spores to bypass the filtration system and enter the ductwork.

2️⃣ Contamination is now spreading. We found that every single supply vent—the "shoes" where air enters each room—is showing signs of this debris and buildup.

3️⃣ This creates a perfect environment for mold growth inside your ducts and vents, which can severely impact your indoor air quality and your family's health.

Don't ignore your filters! For most homes, changing them every 1-3 months is critical.

A clean HVAC system and healthy indoor air are a fundamental part of a healthy home.
